Great Recipes
We offer different varieties of fresh kelp harvested from the cold waters of the North Atlantic. Each has its own flavor and consistency. Our products are mild in flavor and absorb the flavors of the ingredients that you are utilizing in your dish. We encourage you to invent your own recipes with this versatile green vegetable and share them with us.
Preparation
Our products have already been cooked "al dente" and we recommend adding them to a heated dish during the last few minutes of cooking. Simply thaw and drain by cutting the top off the package and gently squeezing out the water. After draining the water, your kelp is ready to add to your recipe. See some great ideas below.
