We offer different varieties of fresh kelp harvested from the cold waters of the North Atlantic. Each has its own flavor and consistency. Our products are mild in flavor and absorb the flavors of the ingredients that you are utilizing in your dish. We encourage you to invent your own recipes with this versatile green vegetable and share them with us.
Our products have already been cooked "al dente" and we recommend adding them to a heated dish during the last few minutes of cooking. Simply thaw and drain by cutting the top off the package and gently squeezing out the water. After draining the water, your kelp is ready to add to your recipe. See some great ideas below.

Artichoke Stuffed with Crab and Kelp
Quick and easy.
Baby Sugar Kelp Wraps
We thin our kelp lines much like you would thin a row of carrots. The baby sugar kelps make excellent wraps for smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh dill.
Dilly Kelp Pickles
These pickles from the sea were a hit at the 20 Mile Meal and the Harvest on the Harbor Festival.
