Sweet-n-Spicy Green Smoothie

Spicy winter greens add fire to your diet, while the coconut milk and pineapple tame this green smoothie's flame. The kelp melds seamlessly: You won't be able to taste it in this strong smoothie, but you'll still reap the nutritional benefits of this luscious marine vegetable.
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- ¼ cup cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup ice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup cilantro, loosely packed
- 1 cube (or 2 TB) Ocean Approved kelp
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
Add all ingredients to blender; puree until smooth.
