Kelp & Kale Smoothie

Who says winter lacks fresh, seasonal foods? Local cranberries, Ocean Approved kelp, and the ever-prevalent kale come together to revolutionize the green smoothie by adding a much needed dose of iodine.

Paleo, vegan, and vegetarian friendly. Makes 24 oz.

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 large bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves roughly torn
  • 1 cup fresh organic whole cranberries
  • 1 organic banana, frozen
  • 1 Ocean Approved kelp cube (or 2 TB kelp)
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Add all ingredients to blender; puree until smooth.
